At the suggestion of our builder, I installed a RecoupAerator®
in my open
floor plan, a super-insulated rental, just after the framing
and insulation
were in. At the time, a propane radiant heater was being used,
and moisture was
forming on the lower windows. Almost as soon as we turned
on the unit, the
condensation disappeared.
We ran the RecoupAerator® during dry-walling, and it wasn’t
until we
were ready to hook it up to the high-efficiency heat pump
that the ‘check filter’
light came on. I easily removed the heat exchange material
and replaced it with
the spare set provided until I had time to wash the dry-wall
dust out of the
originals.
With the tightness of this house, the air would quickly become
stale. The
RecoupAerator® keeps the house fresh and clean. Even cooking
odors don’t
linger. I am delighted with your product and the positive
contribution it has
made to the performance of our energy efficient house.

I have chronic asthma and allergies, live in an older rental
house, and had been
noticing a stale feeling in the bedroom. Within an hour of
installing your
RecoupAerator® window unit I noticed a difference. I have
more energy, less
drainage, and the air is not so dry. It's been just fantastic.
I will probably buy
another window unit, and I look forward to purchasing a whole
house unit when
we are able to get our own home. Thanks.

We initially got a RecoupAerator® because there was an
air quality problem
in the house. My daughter Caitlyn, who’s only three,
developed asthma as
a baby. So I called up the Ohio Lung Association, who sent
me to your site.
There, I saw your chart comparing the RecoupAerator® to
other units, and that
convinced me. So I installed one of your HEPA-equipped ERVs.
It’s been two
months and Caitlyn hasn’t had any problems. Actually,
all of us are sleeping
better. It’s also nice to have the variable speed your
unit has and the high
efficiency. It’s as cheap as running a couple of light
bulbs.

I want to drop you a line after having installed the SD-95
RecoupAerator®
energy recovery ventilator system in my home. First off, I
must tell you my
home was built in 1993 and an air recovery system was installed.
I was soon
convinced that energy recovery was the way to go. My house
never has a stale
odor even after cooking. The problem was the manufacture and
quality of my original unit.
Because I live in lower Delaware, no one seemed to know anything
about energy
recovery and the manufacturer was not at all easy to get information
from. The other
problem was it used expensive replacement filters and was
noisy to operate.
The topper was when I decided to replace
all of the major parts before I sold my home.
I was informed that the manufacturer no longer supplied parts
for my unit. After doing an
Internet search for “energy recovery systems,”
I found Stirling Technology, Inc. On my first contact with
your company I knew that I was dealing with a company that
actually cared about its products and the people who were going to
use them. Replacing my
old unit with your unit was no problem and I can tell that
your equipment is made
to a higher standard. Now that it has been six months, I want
to tell you that I could not be happier with the operation
of my SD-95. It does everything my old unit did, but better
and quieter. Please
let everyone in your Sales and Service Departments know that
people do notice and
appreciate their efforts. I want to assure you that when I
build my new home, I will be installing a system from Stirling
Technology.

Installing your RecoupAerator® has been a good experience.
My two units do
the job they were designed to do. I can go home now without
the smell of smoke
on my clothes. I believe your product will sell itself once
you experience its usefulness. Maintenance has not been a
problem, and I appreciate the design assistance
and after-sale service your company has provided.
